At Playvest – NEXTIL SPORTS Division we pursue perfection in every detail, adding real value for our clients’ creations and their businesses.

We study each athlete’s movements to find out how we can best help them, creating fabrics and garments that boost performance and don’t add extra resistance. By understanding our client’s needs and expectations we individually define the production process required to provide the highest quality sportswear production.

Each sport has its own needs and requirements, hence why we analyse every discipline independently to provide support where it is needed. We present options and suggestions to ensure that our customers are totally satisfied with our products and services. Taking full advantage of our specialised knowledge and experience, we are aiming to achieve the best results and be first to the finish line.

Mock-ups

We use our equipment and human resources to create the most accurate prototypes and provide samples to present our clients with detailed information on exactly how the final product will look and feel. By making our clients an active part of the production process, we ensure that the samples and the finished garment match their imagination and expectations.

CLO Design

We have recently implemented a new sample software to develop 3D prototypes, CLO design. This avant-garde technology minimises the timing and cost of sampling and massively reduces the environmental impact of sample production. This software permits our clients to see how the garments look and behave in a virtual model that is constantly moving to offer a 360o view of our future sample.

Quality Control

Our experienced Production Managers team is closely monitoring every garment from the design stage through to the final product. Our quality control method is highly organised to ensure every garment is examined and checked at every stage in the production process, before receiving final approval. We are constantly improving our quality control method to ensure we are able to fulfil the most demanding objectives. Some of those quality controls take place at our facilities and others are managed by external companies to ensure the highest level of quality.

Packing

We are here to support our clients to thrive. We offer packaging, tagging, pricing and distribution of the garments to each brand’s requirements before leaving the factory, as well as sending the orders to the different locations and warehouses needed by our clients.

Technology

Offering the latest technologies in our factories in Portugal, Spain and the United States enables us to achieve precise and meticulous production. Constant updating of our equipment and investing in new machinery is also a significant part of our group targets.
