Seamless

We specialise in state-of-the-art seamless technology that we use to develop sports and athleisure garments. This unique weaving technique is based on specific circular looms, offering infinite design options for fibre combinations, colours, and fabric structures to develop comfortable and resistant garments that perfectly shape the body.

Production is optimised by reducing the fabric cutting and sewing process, making seamless manufacturing faster than traditional cut-and-sew production.

Fabrics

NEXTIL GROUP is one of the leading manufacturers of elastic fabrics. Using yarn made up of various fibres, we design the weft, pattern, and texture, and we can also apply 100 % sustainable dyeing with our Greendyes^TM method. Our equipment includes circular knitting machines of up to 44 gauges and warp knitting machines that allow us to produce all kinds of fabrics including jacquards, meshes, rib, lurex, stripes, simplex, and spacer.

Highly tecnhical products

Our latest innovations include highly technical products such as Non-Newtonian auxetic fabrics, textiles with multidirectional compression gradients, and friction reduction fabrics that enable the lack of transparency.
These fabrics, created by our in-house department of R&D, offer great possibilities to a wide variety of markets (sports, security professionals, maternity, and fashion). They provide a higher level of protection thanks to their solid structure and the impregnation of non-Newtonian fluids. Moreover, the modular protection is totally customizable to the activity and users’ needs.
